My question is about whether these operations are lossless:ġ) Converting cue+Flac into track flac (since there no real option to SPLIT the flac in JRiver): is it lossless? Should I rather do it with cuetools?Ģ) Converting Cue+APE into track flac: is it lossless? Should I use another software?ģ) instead of converting is there another way? - i.e. With CUE Splitter you can split audio track files without burning to CDR or decode/re-encode any audio data Moreover audio files are automatically named using a user-defined 'file mask' string, it´s tags are filled with information extracted from 'CUE' file and, optionally, an M3U playlist file can be generated (option enabled by default). JRiver makes it very simple: I can just bulk convert and replace the files in library so I should not even notice it once it's done. In order to avoid this in the future, I thought I might bite the bullet and just split all CUE+FLAC and convert the CUE+APE track FLAC. HURRAY! (I have sidecar on, but it does not work for cue rips?). wonderful surprise, I lost all tagging done in JRiver for everything that was CUE+FLAC or CUE+APE. However yesterday I moved the library to a new HD and. No problem having them in JRiver of course. Download Medieval CUE Splitter 1.2 - Simple piece of software designed to help you split files in the CUE format using batch processing, modify disk or track data, and alter the file and tags. Work: Simaudio Moon Mind 180 > Moon Neo 230HAD > 64 Audio Tia Fourte. You may be able to use foobar to combine the 2 sources and then use medieval to split them from the one cue file and 1 source if thats the case. In the past, not sure why, I used to rip my CDs to CUE+APE and then to CUE+FLAC. If you only have 1 cue file then you are trying to use that to split 2 different sources and thats probably the problem. It's available for users with the operating system Windows 98 and prior versions, and you can get it in English, Spanish, and German. So I have a large collection of classical music in my JRiver. CUE Splitter is a free software only available for Windows, that is part of the category Audio software with subcategory Editors (more specifically Splitters & Joiners) and has been published by Medieval.
